It all started out with a problem I was experiencing again and again.

In 2006, I began purchasing houses and multi-family investments for my real estate clients, as well as occasionally for myself.  Almost all of these properties needed some sort of rehab work to get them market-ready for renting or to sell.  I continually struggled to find a trustworthy crew who could tackle my renovation needs in a timely manner.

Over time I built my own group of pros.  For years, they worked exclusively for me and my real estate clients.  But gradually, I noticed that more and more colleagues were asking me if they could borrow my crew for their own projects.

So, in the summer of 2025, I launched The Turnkey Team with the express mission of helping Los Angeles-area Realtors and homeowners prep their homes and units for the marketplace or occupancy.  We understand your needs, are experts at what we do, and are here to help!​
