It all started with a problem I kept running into myself.

In 2006, I began purchasing homes and multi-family properties for my real estate clients, as well as occasionally for myself. Many of those properties needed work before someone could comfortably live in them — anything from basic repairs and cleanup to major renovations.

And I kept running into the same challenge: finding dependable people who could do quality work, show up when they said they would, and keep a project moving.

So, over time, I built my own team of trusted professionals.

​

For years, that team worked primarily on properties for me and my real estate clients. But as word spread, more and more people began asking if we could help with their projects too.

 

That ultimately became The Turnkey Team.

 

Today, our mission has grown well beyond preparing homes for sale. We help homeowners, property managers, multi-family operators, and real estate professionals make properties safe, functional, attractive, and ready to be lived in.

 

Sometimes that means restoring a home after water or mold damage. Sometimes it means renovating a rental between tenants, bringing an older property back to life, or building an ADU that creates an entirely new living space.

 

Whatever the project, the goal is the same: take a property that isn’t working and make it work again.
